Are all your products Vegan?
Not everything we carry is vegan, but there are lots of vegan options! If you need help finding vegan products get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org

Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! We offer gift cards online and in-store.
What is your return policy?
Items purchased in store can be exchanged within 2 weeks of original purchase, as long as the item is un-opened and un-used. If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to make things right.
Do you offer free shipping?
We sure do! On every order over $75.
When will my order ship?
Our orders are normally processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. If you are curious about the status of your order please send us a note at email@example.com and we'll look into it!
Where is my package?
Your tracking info will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If you can't locate your package we recommend contacting your mail courier first!
