Shipping Information

We know you simply can't wait to get your hands on your beautiful purchase so we ship our goods as Expedited Parcels, via ICS Courier or UPS and include a tracking number. US orders are sent via UPS. We do not provide tracking for US orders under $100. Orders over $100 ship free and tracking is provided.

Please note that order processing time may vary between 24-72 hours.

It is important to us that we help you when colour matching to ensure that the shade you take home is right for you! We understand that there are times when you may receive an item as a gift or special circumstances when the item isn’t right for you. In this case we will give a store-credit only if the product is un-opened, returned to us at your expense and it is within 15 days of original purchase.

Canada Wide — $15 flat rate
USA Wide — $15 flat rate
For Alicja Confection Bars — $1.94/bar, as they are mailed separately (please email us to process)
Free Shipping — on orders of $100 and over

 

All Duties and Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Damaged or Defective items

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately at contact@thetruthbeautycompany.com. We will be happy to make things right. 

In-store Return policy

Items purchased in store can be exchanged within 2 weeks of original purchase, as long as the item is un-opened and un-used.

Online Store Return policy

We’re sorry you’re thinking about returning your product. We’re happy to provide a full refund for any unused products returned within 30 days of delivery. We ask you to simply cover the cost of shipping (and customs and duty fees for U.S. residents).

Please Note: Opened and Used products will not be accepted for returns.
