Bath Soak:
Add desired quantity to warm running bath water. Soak for at least 20 minutes. Rinse after use.
Weekly Soakers: Use 1/3 cup per bath.
Biweekly Soakers: Use 1/2 cup per bath.
Monthly Soakers: Use 1/2 cup or more per bath.
Breast Mask:
Mix powder with warm water to create a thick paste. Apply gently to the breast area (avoiding nipples), allow to sit for 10–15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Many customers find this helpful for easing feelings of hormonal tenderness.
Foot Soak / Mask / Scrub:
Dissolve in warm water for a foot soak or mix with water to create a paste for targeted application.
Note: A natural kelp aroma is present in powder form and dissipates once dissolved. Will not stain tub.
