Are all your products Vegan?

Not everything we carry is vegan, but there are lots of vegan options! If you need help finding vegan products get in touch at

I'm not sure what to purchase, can you help me?

Yes we can! Send us a note at with "Looking For Suggestions" in the subject line. One of our True Beauties will be happy to help.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes! We offer gift cards online and in-store. 

Need to cancel your order?

No problem! However, we do charge a $5 re-stocking fee, which is deducted from the amount refunded to you. 




Shipping Inquiries

What is your return policy?

Items purchased in store can be exchanged within 2 weeks of original purchase, as long as the item is un-opened and un-used. If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately at We will be happy to make things right. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We sure do! On every order over $100 for Canada. US orders we offer Flat Rate of $15 for Expedited. (At this time we do not offer international shipping).

When will my order ship?

Our orders are normally processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. If you are curious about the status of your order please send us a note at and we'll look into it! 

Where is my package?

Your tracking info will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If you can't locate your package we recommend contacting your mail courier first!  

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If you have entered the wrong or an incomplete address, please email us as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped, return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
