Are all your products Vegan?

Not everything we carry is vegan, but there are lots of vegan options! If you need help finding vegan products get in touch at contact@thetruthbeautycompany.com

I'm not sure what to purchase, can you help me?

Yes we can! Send us a note at contact@thetruthbeautycompany.com with "Looking For Suggestions" in the subject line. One of our knowledgeable staff will be happy to help.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes! We offer gift cards online and in-store. 

Need to cancel your order?

No problem! However, we do charge a $5 re-stocking fee, which is deducted from the amount refunded to you. 

What is your return policy?

Items purchased in store can be exchanged, or returned for store credit, within 2 weeks of original purchase, as long as the item is un-opened and un-used. If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately at contact@thetruthbeautycompany.com. We will be happy to make things right. 

 

 

Shipping Inquiries

Do you ship to the USA?

Yes — we’re delighted to ship our clean beauty selections to the United States.
U.S. orders ship for a $20 CAD flat rate and are sent duty-paid, meaning there are no surprise fees at delivery. Prices shown to U.S. customers already reflect required cross-border import costs, and parcels include tracking via Purolator or UPS.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer complimentary shipping within Canada on orders over $150 CAD.
For Canadian orders under $150, we offer a $15 CAD flat-rate shipping option.
U.S. orders ship at a $20 CAD flat rate. Free shipping is not available for U.S. addresses.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are thoughtfully processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding some weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Where is my package?

Tracking information is emailed to you once your package has shipped. If you’re unable to locate your parcel, we recommend contacting the courier directly, as they can provide the most up-to-date tracking details.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If you notice an address error, please email us right away. If your parcel has already shipped, return shipping or redirection fees will be at the customer’s expense.

What if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Once an order is marked delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the courier directly for follow-up support.

Can items be affected by cold weather during shipping?

Some products may be temperature-sensitive and could be affected by extreme cold. While we pack orders with care, we cannot be responsible for damage caused by freezing in transit. If weather is a concern, consider using a delivery address where parcels can be brought inside promptly.
