Processing Time
Orders are thoughtfully processed within 24 hours (excluding some weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery Partners
We ship via ICS Courier, Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS, providing tracking with most orders.

Shipping Rates
 Canada — $15 flat rate
 USA — $20 flat rate

Complimentary shipping on all orders $150 and over

Duties & Customs
All duties and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Address Accuracy
To ensure a smooth delivery, please review your shipping information carefully.
Parcels returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses can only be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you adore every product you choose. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right.

Please note: Opened or used products cannot be accepted for return.

Online Purchases

We’re pleased to offer store credit for unused and unopened products returned within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping (and any applicable customs or duty fees for U.S. returns).

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days, provided they remain unopened and unused.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or appears defective, please accept our sincerest apologies.
Contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll ensure the matter is promptly resolved.

Winter Shipping Advisory

During colder months, many of our products (such as skincare, perfume, and makeup) may be sensitive to freezing temperatures.
We recommend tracking your order closely and bringing it indoors as soon as it arrives.
We cannot assume responsibility for damage caused by freezing after the parcel has been delivered.
