An Ancient Ritual, Made for Modern Skin

Bring one of our favourite holistic facial techniques home with the Truth Beauty Company Facial Cupping Set. Our own branded set includes two soft silicone cups, one medium and one mini, specifically sized for the delicate contours of the face, neck and décolletage.

Cupping has roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been practiced for centuries using suction as part of therapeutic body treatments. Facial cupping takes inspiration from this traditional modality but uses smaller, gentler cups and lighter suction specifically suited to facial skin. Rather than leaving the cups stationary as is sometimes done with body cupping, facial cups are generally kept moving or gently squeezed and released.

When used correctly, the gentle suction temporarily increases local circulation and creates a lifting massage effect. It can help reduce the appearance of puffiness, encourage lymphatic flow, release facial tension and leave skin looking plumper, brighter and more refreshed.

Use your cups as a mindful addition to your skincare ritual 2–3 times per week, always with a generous layer of facial oil or another slip-rich product.

Supports Healthy Circulation
Gentle suction temporarily increases blood flow to the area being treated, helping bring a fresh, naturally flushed appearance to the skin.

Helps Reduce the Appearance of Puffiness
When used with gentle, directional massage, facial cupping can support lymphatic movement and help temporarily reduce the look of facial puffiness.

Creates a Plumped, Refreshed Appearance
The combination of massage and increased local circulation can leave the complexion looking fresh, supple and naturally plumped after your ritual.

Helps Release Facial Tension
Gliding the cups over areas such as the jaw, cheeks and forehead provides a relaxing massage that can help ease the feeling of everyday facial tension.

Supports Your Skincare Ritual
Facial cupping encourages you to slow down and spend a few intentional minutes massaging your face, neck and décolletage while applying your favourite facial oil.

Two Cup Sizes for More Precise Massage
The medium cup is ideal for broader areas of the face, neck, forehead and décolletage, while the mini cup gives you greater control around smaller and more delicate areas and can be used to work gently over the appearance of fine lines.

Made Specifically for Facial Massage
Unlike traditional body cups, facial cups are smaller and softer, allowing you to create the light, controlled suction appropriate for the more delicate skin of the face, neck and chest.

Step 1: Prep Your Skin
Begin with clean skin. Apply a generous layer of facial oil to the face, neck and décolletage so the cups can glide easily without pulling or dragging the skin.

Step 2: Begin at the Neck
Using very light suction, work along the sides of the neck, gliding downward toward the collarbone. Avoid cupping directly over the front or centre of the neck.

Step 3: Jawline & Chin
Begin near the centre of the chin and glide outward along the jawline toward the ears using slow, gentle strokes.

Step 4: Cheeks
Begin near the centre of the face and glide outward and slightly upward toward the ears and hairline. Keep the cup moving continuously.

Step 5: Forehead
Use the medium cup across broader areas of the forehead, gliding outward toward the hairline. The mini cup can be used with lighter suction for more precise work over the appearance of fine lines.

Step 6: Eye Area
Use the mini cup with extremely gentle suction. Rather than dragging delicate skin, try the staccato technique: lightly squeeze and release the cup as you move around the orbital area, staying on the bone and away from the eye itself.

Step 7: Décolletage
Use the medium cup with gentle gliding movements across the upper chest and décolletage, avoiding the throat and any irritated or sensitive areas.

Frequency:
Use 2–4 times per week.

Suitable For:
Most healthy, intact skin types looking to incorporate facial massage into their routine. Especially lovely for the appearance of puffiness, dullness and facial tension, or simply as a relaxing at-home skincare ritual.

Sweeping Technique
Gently squeeze the cup, place it on well-oiled skin and release slightly to create light suction. Glide the cup smoothly across the skin, then release before beginning your next pass. Always keep the cup moving rather than leaving it stationary.

Staccato Technique
Create very light suction, then squeeze and release in short, controlled movements rather than gliding continuously. This technique is particularly useful when working with smaller areas and delicate skin where you want to avoid dragging.

Pro Tip:
More suction is not better. Facial cupping should feel gentle and comfortable and should not leave significant bruising or broken capillaries. If the cup is difficult to glide, add more facial oil rather than increasing pressure.
