Recover: Focuses on Eucalyptus. Eucalyptus globulus leaf oil is one of the most powerful aromatherapy essential oils out there today. Grown and harvested from the Australian Blue Gum tree this oil has a soothing effect when its aromas are ingested through our nose and mouth. Eucalyptus essential oil benefits and natural treatment remedies date back thousands of years due to its medicinal healing properties.
Hydrate: Focuses on Sweet Orange. Citrus sinensis peel oil is a citrus derived essential oil known for its skin brightening properties and mood boosting aromas. Fresh in scent and light to the touch this oil resembles notes of tangerine, yuzu, clementine and carrot. The Bathologist imports sweet orange oil from Spain, Italy and Mexico.
Sleep: Focuses on Lavender. Lavandula angustifolia flower oil is a steam distilled therapeutic essential oil that helps to ease tension and reduce stress. We proudly source French grown lavender from the area of Provence- a local specialty that's renowned globally.
Turn shower to maximum water temperature to create a steam bath for 2-3 minutes.
Adjust shower temperature to your desired level, remove steamer from wrapping and place steamer on shower floor. Shower steamer will begin to react with moisture and release pure essential oil vapors.
