1) Prep: Start with clean skin and apply a serum or facial oil for glide.

2) Smooth End: Roll gently outward and upward across cheeks, jawline, under eyes, and forehead to calm puffiness and tension.

I have been using this jade roller for a while and absolutely love it. It helps with lymphatic drainage, helps diminish puffy under eyes when used consistently and has helped reduce fascia tension. It is also so cool to the touch and feels wonderful. Put it in the fridge before using it for an extra treat!
