What COVID-19 Means for Us
With these uncertain times ahead, we're here to give you the scoop on what our mandated closures will mean for our shops and for our clients.
Boutiques are Closed
Both boutiques will continue to remain closed to the public. We will be closed for a minimum of 14 days, but nothing is certain.
Online Shop is Open
Our Online store currently remains open to shipments within Canada and the US. We have 1 staff member manning all of the online orders and taking proper health & safety precautions while doing so.
Unable to Guarantee Shipping Dates
With all that is happening, we can no longer guarantee shipping dates for any online orders. All orders will still be mailed with Canada Post Expedited Shipping.
Little or No Restock
It's no secret. Both stores being closed has left us with drastically less revenue, meaning less to go towards restocking your favourite products.
Additionally, many brands are facing the same issue, or issues revolving their Province or State's new shipping regulations.
Return Policy
Our return policy will remain the same. Exchange or Store Credit on unopened items only. Items that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged. If you're not sure a product is right for you, a member of our team would be more than happy to assist you.
